Gaetz Amendment: Increase Oversight on Ukraine Aid

This past February, DOD Inspector General Storch FAILED to answer basic questions on proper U.S. oversight of Ukraine aid.

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin should be required to certify that end-use monitoring laws and regulations are being followed before any drawdown to send more military equipment to Ukraine.
