I recently purchased the Browning Camping McKinley -30° Sleeping Bag and I must say, it is a great product if youre on the ground in a tent or in a truck while camping.
Being 62" tall and 270 pounds, I fit in the bag with ease and still had some room to spare, which was surprising and great! Value for money is something that is on everyones mind while purchasing any product.
The value for cost of this product is definitely worth it. The material used in the making of the sleeping bag is warm and gives a feeling of being "old school".
It is not made of synthetic material which makes it very comfortable and air flows in and out. Although I was extremely happy with the product, I did encounter some minor issues.
When I received the product, it was used and had a mold smell to it, which was not a pleasant experience. This was definitely not expected and I was unhappy about it.
However, I decided to keep the product even with these minor issues.
If you do get a sleeping bag with any mold or mold smell, it is recommended that you expose it to direct sunlight opened for four hours on one side and four hours on the other side, or leave it exposed for two days to solve the problem.
Its also important to note that some fragrance spray wont be sufficient in hiding mold smell. Overall, I would highly recommend the Browning Camping McKinley -30° Sleeping Bag.
The bag is perfect for campers who dont move around much and want to be warm while camping. Its also a great product if youre on a budget and looking for value for your money.
