Ambulance drivers sign up at the Norton-Harjes office in Paris and detrain at a camp in France. Shows daily activities at the camp: reveille, the morning toilet, breakfast, inspections, cutting hay, digging trenches, and kitchen police. Gen. Pershing inspects troops and ambulances. Ambulances leave the camp, and pass through rubbled French villages. Wounded are carried on stretchers, loaded into ambulances, and taken to field hospitals.
