Rep. Turner: 'It's very clear that Mr. Durham believes there was misconduct'

Special Counsel John Durham met with the House Intelligence Committee Tuesday in a closed-door meeting. It has been more than a month after he released his final report on the FBI's Russia-Trump probe. Committee Chairman Mike Turner spoke with reporters afterward, saying Durham believes reforms are needed at the FBI and for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
