Sunrise Exercise- Legs and Booty

This is a Chloe Ting exercise program. It doesn't require any equipment so I found a place outside with a beautiful sunrise. If you need a mat, grab it; otherwise, come on, "what are you waiting for?" We're working our legs and booty this morning!

Might I add, before you start any workout program it is wise to check with a physician for suitability, and a fitness trainer to maximize good form. Find a safe environment and do only what is healthy for you; to do this you must find out what works for you. Love your body, love yourself!
