The ONeill Infant Superlite USCG Life Vest has exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and fit for my daughter. Even though my daughter didnt like wearing it, it has nothing to do with the quality of the product and more to do with her personal preference.
The life vest is extremely cute and due to its small size, I will be able to use it for two years. When my daughter sits, the life jacket rides up a little and pushes against her chin, but it is still safe and secure.
However, when we were moving in the kayak, she didnt complain and even fell asleep, which shows that it is not uncomfortable for her. The straps and tightness of the life vest are perfect for my daughter who weighs about 16 lbs.
I also got this life vest for my grandson who is two years old, but on the smaller side, and it fit him really well.
For my 15-month-old toddler, it fits her well, and we can comfortably let go of her while she floats on her back, but we still wouldnt let her go by herself for a while since the water is right there at her chin.
