Pine Framed Rockies

9x12 original demonstration of painting mountain range framed by weathered pine trees. I lay in my first color in a loose watercolor style. Then gradually build up the layers with thicker and thicker acrylic paint. I use acrylic medium to paint thin glazes over areas in this case the mountains. Enjoy!
