President Joe Biden said he was “very proud” of Hunter Biden at an event in San Francisco Tuesday when reporters asked multiple times if he had spoken to his son since the news of his plea deal. According to court filings by the Justice Department Tuesday, Hunter Biden struck a deal with federal prosecutors to avoid prison time by pleading guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and one felony firearm offense.
