1. I recently purchased the Marmot Crane Creek 2P/3P backpacking and camping tent and it has exceeded my expectations. 2. The tent features huge doors on either side which allow for great ventilation during warm weather camping trips.
3. The fly that comes with the tent is also great and provides protection from rain and other weather conditions. 4. However, I did wish that the tent came with a footprint as it is not included in the price.
5. Despite this, I was able to create my own footprint for the tent using a tarp. 6. I plan to use the tent to fit one adult and two children, although it can supposedly fit three adults, it may be a bit tight.
7. The tent itself is ideal for one person and comfortable enough for two. 8. With the fly off, the tent is well-ventilated and even great for stargazing at night.
9. However, with the fly on, there is a decrease in ventilation but it still works well in common rainstorms and can be easily snapped on and off. 10.
I also appreciate the two small pockets located inside the tent, perfect for storing phones or other small items. 11.
Overall, I highly recommend the Marmot Crane Creek 2P/3P backpacking and camping tent for anyone in need of a lightweight and durable tent for their next outdoor adventure.
