Lonesome Dove LIMIN-tations 7

We start today by discussing our new logo and intro- what do y’all think? I like the new music- thanks Chris.

Then we talk about our quick trip to Montana where we got to enjoy the CM Russell Museum in Great Falls. “The Cowboy Artist’s” depictions of Old Montana were honest and impactful. Check them out if you can.

I also got to go to Fort Benton, it was also cool. The historic buildings were very interesting and beautiful. There is a certain feel to a place when you can look at and touch so much from the past. I stopped in to a beautiful Boutique called Rustic Mug; I got to talk a little history too https://rusticmugmt.com . Thanks to Leslie and Karla

The reading is from the book Lonesome Dove.
J
uly Johnson

We all know someone that just can’t master their inner self and eventually it starts to dominate their lives and then takes over all their interactions. Today we discuss July Johnson the lovesick Sheriff – is it really duty that drives him?

Do you feel bad for July? Why can’t he just get a hold of himself? Is he really journeying across the land for love? Or duty?
