More details emerge from Hunter Biden's laptop amid ongoing probe

Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, has reached a plea deal to evade prison time for a gun felony charge and two tax misdemeanors. Mr. Biden was charged for possessing a handgun illegally in 2018 and for not paying federal taxes in 2017 and 2018.

According to U.S. Attorney David Weiss’ letter, the defendant has been charged with two counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax and one count of firearm possession by a person who is either an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.
