PlantStone knife scales by Robert Belcher at Mental Co How to Mount, shape and polish

Dan Berg from Bergknifemaking.com demonstrates how he mounts, profiles, shapes and polishes these spectacular Plantstone knife scales from Mental Co.PlantStone Forest Floor knife scales are made up of Lichen, Redwood cones, crushed tree roots, ground coconut husk and leaves all stabilized and cast in a clear resin. FYI I did coat the scales with wax after polishing. Manufacturer recommends a clear coat of either wax, spray liquor or poly.
