¿Se nos recetan sólo los medicamentos que realmente necesitamos? ¿Los laboratorios farmacéuticos presionan a los médicos con ‘sobornos’ cómo viajes, regalos lujosos,… para que cumplan unos cupos de ventas? ¿Es nuestra salud un negocio?

Jordi Évole da respuesta a estas preguntas a través del testimonio de médicos y personal sanitario, con testimonios cómo el de Joan Ramón Laporte, el director de la Fundació Institut Català de Farmacologia. Además, conocemos a una ex visitadora médica, dónde nos explica cuál era su función a la hora de convencer a los médicos de que prescriban los productos de su laboratorio. Finalmente, para conocer el otro bando de esta realidad, el programa entrevista al presidente de la asociación de la industria farmacéutica, representante de los laboratorios que suministran a nuestro sistema sanitario los medicamentos.
