While his opponent Kerry is a veteran fighter with 50 fights in MMA, Jordan had this to say about fighting Bare Knuckle. "But yeah this is a different game. People don’t know that. You know, you have to hit and not get hit. So, I mean, one hit makes the difference."

“As soon as I got hit and I got cut, I thought, man, I got to finish this fight or I might get stopped. So I started pushing the pace. Luckily, when I got back to the next round, the doctor said I could keep fighting, but I didn’t know, you know. So I pushed the pace after I first got cut quite a bit on the fourth round.”

While it had been over six months since Christensen had competed, he certainly showed no ring rust. "Haymaker" felt like his composure really paid off in navigating his return from his bare-knuckle hiatus and in securing his sophomore BKFC win.

Christensen also fights in MMA and garnered his first pro win in the sport less than two months ago following a lengthy run of amateur success in mixed martial arts.

The Xtreme Couture product had to readjust to the unique game of inches in bare knuckle with the reduced fist size and more limited tools when removing the gloves and throwing down in the squared circle.

Christensen went down to 165 for this fight and said he is ready to take on any one BKFC puts in front of him.
