LIVING TRULY FREE IN CHRIST JESUS

1 Peter 2:15-16 New King James Version
15 For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men— 16 as free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for [a]vice, but as bondservants of God.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYBODY!!!

I've been thinking deeply on this passage of scripture, not just because I've read this passage countless times, and yes helped someone do a Bible study on the book of Galatians, but I've been really thinking about what it means to live truly free in Christ. To live as a person who has been set free from her sins, but also from the burden of oppressive, man-made, unbiblical rules and regulations. I especially thought about that as I was looking at the questions from this morning's devotional, which I'd like to share with you tonight, and I pray that these questions well get you to thinking on how important it is to live free in Christ Jesus.

How have you been trapped by religious rules?

How have you experienced freedom in Christ?

Tonight, I'd like to share some things that God put on my heart in regards to this morning scripture, as well as what He has shown me from His Word on what true spiritual freedom is. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and learn for yourself how you can have true, real, and boundless freedom in Christ Jesus! 😊

As I close this post for tonight, I pray today, that you as a follower of Christ Jesus will choose to remain strong, steadfast, and confident in Christ Jesus. That you will boldly live out, proclaim, and act on the true Christian liberty that you have in Christ Jesus. I pray that you will keep yourself grounded in His Word, and not allow the falsehoods that pass themselves off as Christianity to deceive you. Trust me when I tell you there's a lot of them out there, and you don't want to be deceived by them. NEVER be afraid to ask questions of those who are teachings doctrines that you find questionable, back up your questions with God’s Word, and if you sense ANY doctrine, or teaching, that does not line up with God’s Word, RUN AWAY!! I pray most of all, that you will see that living the Christian life is not about rules and regulations, but about Christ Jesus in you, and that you are never afraid to live that truth out.
