Putin reveals a draft agreement between Russia-Ukraine signed on April 13, 2022

During a 3-hour peacekeeping mission between Russia and 7 African countries, Vladimir Putin reveals the Draft Agreement that was originally signed on April 13, 2022 between Ukraine and Russia/Other nations who are named as the guarantors of Ukraine's security!!! In the text, Britain, China, USA, Russia, France and Turkey were defined as guarantors of Ukraine's "security" and it is stated that THEY HAVE AGREED & ACCEPTED their role!

👉 This poses some serious questions:

✔️ IF the Agreement exists & it's consensual, then...
✔️ The retreat was a fraudulent with the sole purpose of fooling Russia to withdraw its troops from Kiev & other areas of Ukraine!
✔️ Therefore the decision to continue the war is EXCLUSIVELY the responsibility of the OTHER peacekeeping guarantors (Britain, China, USA, Russia, France and Turkey)!
✔️The Western leaders are openly mocking their people without shame, DESPITE their outcries of peace and such!
