The idea that FBI Officers can just enter the Oval Office and arrest the sitting President is preposterous, it is the Congress under the leadership of Kevin MacCarthy and the whip of Jim Jordan and James Comer that can/must impeach the President and it is needed a Supreme Court Justice over-seeing the practice, but Comer and Kevin MacCarthy go on peddling on Fox News that Wray should arrest Biden. It is not exactly like this. It’s they who should impeach him, not Wray that should arrest him, they are asking Wray to do a “Crossfire Crossfire”, after complaining that Comey did Crossfire Hurricane, but they don’t impeach anyone, they’re a bit cowardly in this behaviour, they ask Wray to commit political suicide but they don’t do it, they don’t expose themselves till the point of impeaching Biden – who takes bribes, like Ron DeSantis – they’re sated with the Fox News drama saying comfortably that the enmey is corrupted and the FBI stands by him.

As for the Presidential Records Act always named by Trump, well, Trump and his stooges invoke this Presidential Records Act as a defense tool claiming it gives former USA Presidents the right to posses and not return to Government Military level Top Secrets documents, according to Bill Barr this is untrue and it wouldn’t make sense: the PRA covers only private notes written by the president about the Government NOT documents issued by the Government, the documents issued by the Government belong to the Government. It seems more rational that what Barr says is the real version (I haven’t read it, the PRA).

But is Trump in good faith? Or is he just abusing the fact that the majority of the people (me included) have never read let alone studied the Presidential Records Act so they can name it quickly to defend Trump (even in good faith) but this may not be the case.

What I fear now is that if Aileen Cannon and the whole Miami Jury send Trump to jail, Trump stooges will say they’re sell outs and “Deep Staters” and they’re not. For Alex Jones and Trump freedom of speech seems to be interpreted as freedom of defamation. Aileen Cannon will do what she can to help Trump, but probably Jack Smith is right. As for Hunter he has been brought on a trial over an illegitimate child he does not want to pay for, so it is untrue that for the Judges Hunter in untouchable.
