May 2023 North Atlanta Market Update

We have good news to share!! First, the FHFA reversed its position imposing fees upon mortgage borrowers with high credit scores, which is a HUGE win! Second, 67.6% of Americans have either paid off their mortgages or have at least 50% equity in their homes... This is certainly not 2008 and we are confident, between these two facts, our local North Atlanta market will continue to thrive!
