Bud Light just admitted defeat! CEO for Anheuser Busch InBev North America Brendan Whitworth announces a brand new, back to basics marketing campaign that aims to take the politics out of beer. It's supposed to launch next week to make sure Independence Day isn't a repeat of Memorial Day. Best of luck, it's going to be a disaster!

CNN, a bastion of honesty, is unironically claiming that Modelo Especial took the crown from Bud Light is because people's tastes have changed. Couple that with Cinco de Mayo and it's more of a cultural shift to Mexican beer and less about trans propaganda when assessing the situation. There's a reason no one takes that place seriously anymore.
