The State of Maryland has decided to go about legalizing recreational cannabis and totally leaving out the individuals wmthe legislation references as people disproportionately effected by cannabis prohibition.
What is a disproportionately effected area? How are people expected to compete with The inundation of Mass corporations? Why is it so unfair to take the path Maryland is taking?
