This thing is a beast. I gave the sturdiness a 3 star because the post needs to be longer. As it sits now its too short which allows for a bit of wobble.
I put it in a concrete base which helped some but still isnt as secure as Id like. The heavy duty construction is nice. It will last for a long time.
Purchased for my husband and he loves his new Park Grill. The food tastes so good when you cook with charcoal. He concreted it into the ground. Great product

its good no doubt, grill will fall off the ledges that hold it so you'll need a way to secure it , I used the clip that goes through the pin on a towing ball mount. still is good , dig a hole put in a 5 gallon bucket , fill with cement and your there.
Will last forever. I cooked steaks and chicken shishkobabs, both well done. The only reaaon for 4 stars is because securing bolt came without nut. Now i have to go to home depot to find one.
This is a really heavy duty grill. Just like the ones you find at a park. I got a hole dug and mounted the two part hole in concrete. Looks great in my yard. I am extremely pleased. I had no idea you could buy these grills. Thanks Amazon
Are you kidding me we have been ordering these grills for two years, we have tried others but nothing comes close to how good this one is... we look after 70 homes and if the owner wants a bbq for their house I order them one of these..
I went from a gas bbq myself to this one, it is fantastic.. would not have any other bbq ... you can keep your $500 stainless steel gas bbq ... sure it is heavy but it is made to last .. my first BBQ of the year was January 2nd ... order it, dig the hole to the required depth, cement the post one day using a spirit level to ensure it is straight and then put the top on the next day .. load with charcoal walk away for an hour come back and get cooking easy as that..with a beer in hand you are the man of the house..LOL P.S.
Ensure you order it from the guys at "NORTHERN" I was missing a post once and they just sent me a new post really quick...
I bought this as a gift for my brother, who lives in NYC with a nice backyard. He is a lover of the hibachi -- artists have to have the real thing, you know :) -- but thought it was time to have something better.
Wow, I saw it installed last weekend and have to say it is a thing of beauty and heft. It is large, unbelievable sturdy, and the height is great. Well designed and well built.
It does have weight, so prepare yourself when its delivered. I love this grill and will get one for myself when I move next year.
We own 22 wooded acres and recently created a picnic area overlooking our pond. This grill is a great addition to the property for roasting marshmallows, smores, and hotdogs.
With a family of six we cant do our main grilling on it as the surface area isnt big enough. But, it serves the purpose we had in mind for light duty grilling.
The post wasnt long enough for our liking so we did have to modify it in order to cement it in place.
