Hey friends, You have to give these yummy cookies a try when you get a chance! 20 minutes or so is all it takes to put them together and you have a tasty treat! Let me know in the comments if you end up changing the beans at all as I mentioned in the video! I'd love to get new ideas! Thanks for watching and God Bless!

Yield 6 2-3 inch cookies:
3/4 c rinsed garbanzo beans (or bean of your choice)
1/3 c creamy nut butter of your choice
1/3 c oats (optional)
3 T maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/3 c chocolate chips
pinch of salt (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Blend and pulse in a food processor all ingredients except chocolate chips. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon out on parchment paper lined baking sheet, the size cookie you would like and pat it down and form a circle. Bake for 8-12 minutes depending on the crispiness you like. Let cool at least 10 minutes before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
