Lollypop Level 1 : Toy Factory (Amiga)

In 1994 there was a game released exclusively in Germany by Rainbow Arts,strangely as a late Amiga era game in 1995 it was developed as a 16 bit ECS game,rather than a 32 bit AGA game,also it was cross released on PC under DOS, it was a game that held much promise,but almost 30 years later does it stand up as a good platformer?
