"It is most likely that in a short time such people as Sobyanin, Mishustin, Gref and others will come to power. And at this moment, the oligarchs, who are powerless today because they are excommunicated from power, will be of great importance. But since they have money and connections, they will come back," added Vladimir Pastukhov, a political analyst.
