Cyclone Biporjoy: A very severe cyclonic storm, named Biparjoy, has developed in the Arabian Sea. On the afternoon of June 10, it was stationed about 630 kilometers West of South-West of Mumbai. The cyclone is predicted to gain strength over the next 24 hours. Currently, it is packing winds of up to 145 kilometers per hour. The IMD has not yet predicted any major impact on countries adjoining the Arabian Sea, including India, Oman, Iran, and Pakistan. But, how did Cyclone Biparjoy get its name?
