Carolina Bright

A short film exploring the history of tobacco in North Carolina and the southeast region of the United States. The fictional film shows Tommy Clemment as a child talking to a tobacco salesman, Mr. Coy Matthews, and his father, Mr. Clemment, about the tobacco industry. He rides with Mr. Matthews around to farms, stores, and warehouses and learns about the history of the tobacco industry. Later, as an old man, Tommy Clemment explains how the industry has changed since his childhood.
