Agatha Youngblood’s Mediterranean salad

Hey friends! I’m honored to be able to share this recipe with y’all.
6 ounce quartered marinated artichokes
Penne
Fresh lemon juice
8 Oz red kidney beans
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup sliced scallion
1/2 cup diagonally sliced celery
1/2 cup red,yellow,green bell peppers
2 tbsp fresh oregano
5 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp champagne vinegar mixed with chopped garlic
1/2 cup feta
Mix together and enjoy!
