Trump raised $2 million hours after arraignment

Following his arraignment in Miami, former President Donald Trump successfully garnered approximately $2 million at his campaign’s first major fundraiser.

The event, described as a “candlelight dinner,” saw generous contributions from top donors and campaign bundlers, accumulating a total of $2.1 million, as confirmed by a reliable source within the campaign.

Trump delivered brief remarks to his supporters and occupied a table alongside donors and advocates, including Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.), as reported by an attendee.

In addition to the fundraiser, the Trump campaign amassed an impressive $4.5 million in digital fundraising after news broke of Trump’s indictment, Politico has reported.
