Poofs with Curls

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- 10in Poofs, Cut Green Curls 10in, Cut Black Curls 10in

Top- 10in Poofs, Cut Green Curls 10in, Cut Black Curls 10in

For Bottom you will need 20 Green Curls cut at 10in and 10 Black Curls cut at 10in

For Top you will need 16 Green Curls cut at 10in and 4 Black Curls cut at 10in

Ribbons Cut -12in
