Let’s talk about the top 10 dividend stocks to buy in 2018.

This video provides a range of some quality dividend stocks to invest in 2018. Some dividend stocks are more risky with higher yields and other dividend stock are less risky with lower yields. Dividend investing/ income investing is an interesting way of investing in the stock market and generally suits those who like to see some cash return on the regular. I’ve come up with my top 10 to buy in 2018, here’s the list below…

• Stock 1: Exxon Mobile. Dividend Yield = 3.5%.
• Stock 2: Coca-Cola. Dividend Yield = 3.1 %.
• Stock 3: American Water Works. Dividend Yield = 1.95%.
• Stock 4: 8point3 Energy Partners. Dividend Yield = 7.6%.
• Stock 5: Brookfield property partners. Dividend Yield = 5.45%.
• Stock 6: Medtronic. Dividend Yield = 2.11%.
• Stock 7: Target Stock. Dividend Yield = 3.2%.
• Stock 8: Chevron. Dividend Yield = 3.31%.
• Stock 9: General Mills. Dividend Yield = 3.26%
• Stock 10: Gilead Science. Dividend Yield = 2.48%.
