METHOD:

Ruffles with Curl

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Ruffles 30in long and cut Curls 8in long

Top- Cut Ruffles 30in long and cut Curls 8in long

For Bottom you will need 10 Blue Ruffles cut at 30in and 10 Blue Curls cut at 8in

For Top you will need 8 Gray Ruffles cut at 30in and 8 Gray Curls cut at 8in

Ribbons Cut -12in
