The man was walking down the street, he seen an abandoned house and looked to see if anyone was there, he walked near the assailant's car, parked illegally in the property next door at the abandoned house. The home owner held the man at gun point until Richard Russell of the Richmond County Sheriffs Office shows up and attacks the homeless man and ignores the man with the gun. The homeless man was never charged and Russell got away with the attack.
