Elk chili recipe

Hey friends! My buddy got me some elk meat and decided to make some Elk chili with it.
Start off by chopping up one onion and throw it in the pot. Chop up some bacon throw it in next let it cook for about 3 minutes then put in the elk. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, cayenne, and paprika cook meat through. Add a can of diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, corn, two big spoonfuls of tomato paste,bell pepper, and a can of good American beer. Throw in a little hot sauce and let simmer for about 45 minutes. Enjoy!
