The Philosophy of Doing Drugs
The philosophy of doing drugs is our attempt to shed light on the history of human drug use, its lost purposes, and how to understand how we should frame our relationship with drugs in the modern world. Drugs are as old as human culture and even older than civilization and writing. From psychedelic experiences to coming of age rituals, drugs have played a critical role in the growth of human consciousness. Our modern world, however, has abused these substances, turning them into machines of profit and pain, but it wasn't always like this. In this video, we simply want to expose some of the lies and biases that have come to cloud our understanding of drugs, and it is through what we call the philosophy of doing drugs that we may come to see how it is our ancestors built the foundations of our modern civilization.
Disclaimer: This video does not in any way condone or advocate for drug use.
