One day I’ll have that back of dreams... for now I’ll keep working for it💪🏽 .

My training today focused on the lower back area.
4set x 15rept each exercise (20sec pause between each exercise)💦💦💦

These exercises are very good for strengthening and improving posture in most exercises, avoiding injuries, improving balance and strength.
I like to run, these exercises are very good to improve and maintain a good running technique

I really love doing these exercises, it feels like that back burns🔥🔥
It is worth dreaming and when you work with discipline it is achieved 💪🏽
