TV cameras followed City's parade, which was dampened by the Manchester weather, and Grealish was spotted telling Silva: "Please don't go, Bernardo! Please don't go!" Silva and his teammates, including Ruben Dias, laughed at Grealish's antics.

Silva, 28, is one of Pep Guardiola's most important players but several top European clubs are interested in signing the Portugal international this summer, including Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain. Guardiola will not stand in Silva's way if he wishes to go.

City held an open-top bus parade to celebrate their superb season. Guardiola's side have become just the second team in history to win the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup in the same season after Manchester United, who achieved the feat in 1999.

TV cameras followed City's parade, which was dampened by the Manchester weather, and Grealish was spotted telling Silva: "Please don't go, Bernardo! Please don't go!"

Silva and his teammates, including Ruben Dias, laughed at Grealish's antics. Grealish also serenaded Silva at a private party and said: "Honestly, there's one person in this team I absolutely adore... and he looks homeless. His name is Bernardo Silva."

City star Silva is believed to be one of PSG's main summer transfer targets. The winger knows a thing or two about French football after scoring 28 goals in three seasons at Monaco, helping them win the Ligue 1 title in 2017 before moving to the Etihad.

Silva has played a vital role in City's success since his transfer in the summer of 2017. He has featured in more than 300 games for the club and won 14 trophies, including five Premier League titles. He was named as City's Player of the Year in 2019.

Silva was at the heart of City's Treble success, scoring seven goals and providing eight assists in 55 appearances. He started the Champions League final victory against Inter Milan on Saturday evening, despite the availability of Riyad Mahrez and Phil Foden.

Barcelona tried to sign Silva last summer, but he was persuaded to stay at the Etihad for another season. That proved to be a wise decision following City's Treble glory, with Barcelona expected to come back in for the player during the upcoming transfer window.

Guardiola has been asked about Silva's future several times since Barcelona's interest first appeared a year ago. He said in April: "What he is on and off the pitch. He is so sensitive, intuitive, many things and in all the club, not just me, we want the best.

"We are lucky to have these types of football players as human beings in your team. You would love to have him forever and it doesn't matter the position he plays, it doesn't matter what he has to do, his contribution is massive."

Silva's existing deal expires in June 2025 on the same day as Guardiola's. City are also in danger of losing Ilkay Gundogan when his contract runs out at the end of this month. Guardiola wants Gundogan to stay, but the 32-year-old is yet to make his mind up. Barcelona and an unnamed Saudi Arabian club are after Gundogan.
