Testing HVMN, KetoneAid, KENETIK, and Delta G Exogenous Ketones with a Blood Meter - The Juniper Lab

After interview with the makers of Ketone-IQ, Delta G, and KE4, I decided to see how each of these products affected my blood ketone levels. This is not a scientific test and is unique to me but it was eye opening. Lots of factors affect ketone levels and I need to make a part two with more test strips and various factors. While these were my results your results may vary. Apart from that, elevated blood ketone levels mean nothing if your body can't use them for fuel.
