Incline Bench Y Raise Supersetted W/ Supe Presses!

Legit will fry your rear delts and delts in general.

I'd perform as heavy as you can with 6-10 reps on the y raises, as always performing 1-3 seconds pauses during peak contraction on the Y raises AND superman presses.
