Tornado, Houston Texas 6/7/2023 some uprooted and broken trees on houses and a car. This happened on 6/7/2023 in Cypress(Houston) Texas. No one was injured, our neighborhood was blessed!
A few of us came together to help each other get the tree out of the road, Robert, Gregg, Myself. I love where I live, I Love our neighborhood and my neighbors. Here are only a few examples, why. We were the only ones without power on our street for almost three days, Everyone else on our street lost power for a day I think, and then for a few hours the next morning. We got extension cords from both of our neighbors on each side of us (The Seagars, and Nelson and Denora, a generator loaned to us from Nelson and Denora , and breakfast made for us by yet another neighbor Robert and Rena, seen in white tank, and his wife in part 2 (The Damage Report) video. This is what Community and unity and love and family is about.
The coming together to help one another, that is love. It takes work but love is labor and worth the squeeze, and i try to help one another when I can.
God Blessed Everyone. Praise Jesus, Because we are safe, and so are our friends. Thanks for watching, Don't forget to subscribe to see part two - "The Damage", coming up later ...
Hopefully I did not misspell all my neighbors names too badly. If I did , I'm just gonna joke and say "it's just to protect the good folks identity, I got to hide and protect those nearest me". Ha Ha.
Stay blessed out there. -Kris Weldy
