Hello Everyone! In today's crafting adventure I will show you step by step how to make this Patriotic Bicycle Wheel wreath a Dollar Tree DIY. Dollar Tree has several new wreath forms and the new bicycle wheel wreath form is my favorite. In this tutorial I will share with you a new technique for attaching the florals and greenery to the wreath form. This technique is more secure and will allow you to put the wreath outside without fear that the florals will fall off due to heat like with hot glue.
