Honda Africa Twin Nitron TVT Fork Cartridge Install

This video is a basic overview on how to install the Nitron TVT fork Cartridges on a Honda Africa Twin. Ive ran these cartridges for several months and they have made a world of difference over the stock forks.

So something I would like to mention about this upgrade. I did this upgrade because I didn’t like the way the OEM Forks performed on rough terrain. I had quite a bit of stiction in the forks. After doing the upgrade I loved the way they felt but after a only a little bit I developed some stiction again. I pulled the forks apart and couldn’t figure out what the problem was since the cartridges were flawless. I sent my forks to Konflict Motorsports and they found that the fork tubes were badly worn on the inside. (Dreaded Showa issue) It was so bad that Alex from Konflict was able to get them replaced under warranty even though my bike was out of warranty. The new tubes were Hard anodized and since getting the back they are amazing!
