Hello Everyone! I have a wonderful new Halloween DIY for you. In today's crafting adventure I am going to show you how to make this Halloween Gnome Wreath. All of the materials I used to make my Halloween Gnome came from Dollar Tree making him a budget friendly craft. Gnomes have been so popular I decided to keep the momentum going and do a full series of Gnome wreaths. This Halloween Gnome wreath is the third one in the series.
