Valdemar Costa Neto, does not see elements for the (TSE) to condemn former president Jair Bolsonaro

The national president of the Liberal Party (PL), Valdemar Costa Neto, does not see elements for the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) to condemn former president Jair Bolsonaro; In the recording, Costa Neto reinforces that Bolsonaro, who has been a member of the PL since November 2021, is not accused of corruption or of having broken any specific law.

“I don't believe the Superior Electoral Court will do that,” said Costa Neto. “Because the TSE will be wrong if it condemns Bolsonaro, if it makes Bolsonaro ineligible”, continued the president of the PL. “There is no justification for exaggerations by the Judiciary.”

In Valdemar's view, a condemnation and possible inegibility of Bolsonaro would be the 'pure demonstration' that Brazil has no salvation and that the entire system is already contaminated.
