No wreath form is needed for this deco mesh project, I tried a new method and am very happy with the end result. This method can be used to add mesh and ribbon to any sign in whatever size and shape you need. I had so much fun putting together this Valentine DIY. Most of the materials to make this Valentine's day wreath comes from Dollar Tree making it very budget friendly. Let me show you how to make this deco mesh Valentine's Day craft.
