Hello Crafter's, I have a Dollar Tree St. Patrick's Day wreath for you today. In this crafting adventure I am trying out one of Dollar Tree's new wreath rails. I have to say I was quite sure when I first saw the wreath rail but now that I have used it I love them! This was so fun and easy to make and budget friendly to boot. For about $10 and some paint you can make this beautiful St. Patrick's Day wreath. Let me show you how to make this cute St.Patrick's Day wreath using the new wreath rail from Dollar Tree.
