Good afternoon, I have a special craft tutorial for you today. In this crafting adventure I will show you how to make this Mermaid Wreath using the new Dollar Tree Mermaid Wreath form. I was so excited to have found the new wreath form in Dollar Trees Shore Living line that I designed a brand new method of using Dollar Tree deco mesh that does not fray! I will be introducing my new Rose Petal method that I designed specifically for this wreath to give the tail the look I was going for.
