Homeless living in kids' parks! Why? | Victoria BC

You can blame your city council and government for this. They are the ones enforcing it. They won't let the homeless live anywhere else but in parks around kids parks and out in the open for all to see or by law comes and tears your home down throws it in the garbage with all your clothes. They want you dependent on their system and they want the city and community or public to see there is a homeless problem in hopes the public keeps giving them money in which they extort. They don't want people off drugs because they are the ones selling them. They don't want the homeless housed because then they can't request funding in the name of homelessness.
