INGREDIENTS :

6 chicken thighs
50 grams ketchup ( 1.76 oz )
30 grams honey ( 1.05 oz )
20 grams sriracha sauce ( 0.7 oz )
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce ( 29.57 ml )
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil ( 4.9 ml )
1 teaspoon lime juice ( 4.9 ml )
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger ( 0.7 grams )
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder ( 0.67 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.58 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.57 grams )
sesame seeds ( garnish )
chopped scallions ( garnish )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a bowl add 50 grams ketchup, 30 grams honey
.add 20 grams sriracha sauce, 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
.add 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil, 1 teaspoon lime juice
.add 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger & mix well
.place 6 chicken thighs in a baking dish
.season one side with salt & ground black pepper
.lightly coat with sauce & turn chicken over
.season with salt & ground black pepper
.lightly coat with sauce
.place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 25 minutes
.remove from oven & coat both sides with sauce
.place back in oven for 10 minutes ( bottom side up )
.remove from oven & coat top side with sauce
.place back in oven for 10 minutes ( top side up )
.garnish with sesame seeds & chopped scallions
