Finishing up on the Mini Chopper Pt. 5

In this video, I put together the simple mundane stuff and finally tuned the carb. The problem was tuning it when the engine was cold. Make sure if you tune your carb that the engine is at normal operating temperature. I also mounted the tachometer so I can see how fast the engine is revving.
