The Denver Nuggets are on the cusp of history.  George talks about his superstitions watching the game and what it would mean to the city.  Then he talks about the number of shootings we have in local news over the weekend.  Finally he reflects a little on the indictment of former President Trump.

When is a gun not s gun?  Aurora Police Chief Art Acevedo joins George to talk about an officer involved shooting of a teenager who was allegedly robbing a convenance store with his friends.  The teenager had a pellet gun but the officer thought it was a handgun and the teen was shot during a foot chase and struggle.  Then Sherrie Peif of Complete Colorado joins Geroge to talk about the number of concealed carry permits in Denver and an attempt to close down all meat processing plants in Denver.

Property tax relief, gerrymandered districts, and property damage during a labor strike starts the hour.  George welcomes Chris Murray, Constitutional Lawyer/Analyst about Local Proposition HH and is it will make the ballot based on single issue regulations.  Next the conversation covers the ruling against gerrymandered districts and a ruling in a Seattle labor shortage.  Next, George examines the federal indictment against former President Trump.

Have you read the Federal indictment of Donald Trump?  George and callers discuss the allegations.  Do you believe them?  What about the claim Trump declassified all the information? Does it make a difference that he is allegedly on tape saying he understands these are still classified?  Does it matter how the government treated investigations into both Hillary Clinton and President Biden?
